HISTORY

The first International Conference on Sequencing Batch Reactor Technology was held in Munich, Germany, March 18-20, 1996. The Conference was attended by 275 individuals from 33 countries and were presented 39 oral communication and 41 poster. A selected number of papers and posters has been published on Water Science & Technology, Vol. 35, (1), 1997.

The second International Conference on Sequencing Batch Reactor Technology was held in Narbonne , France, July 10-12, 2001. The meeting, organized as a post-Conference of IWA 1st World Water Congress, was attended by 270 experts from 40 different countries. 45 lectures were given and 66 poster presented. A selected number of papers and posters has been published on Water Science & Technology, Vol. 43, (3), 2002.

The third International Conference on Sequencing Batch Reactor Technology was held in Noosa, Queensland Australia, February 22-26, 2005. The Conference attracted 130 participants from around the world with a strong representation from the Asian-Pacific region. 39 lectures were given and 31 poster presented. A selected number of papers and posters has been published on Water Science & Technology, Vol. 50, (10), 2005.
